#dreamstakeflight ✈️ Ten-year-old #David gazed out his window, his eyes fixated on the majestic airplane soaring across the twilight sky. In his hands, a miniature model airplane felt heavy, dwarfed by the real one streaking across the canvas of clouds. "#oneday ," he whispered, a determined glint in his eye, "I won't be watching from the ground. I'll be the one making sure that plane, and all the others, reach their destinations safely." His #dream wasn't just to fly, it was to orchestrate the entire ballet of air travel. He devoured books on #aviationmanagement , meticulously building miniature airports complete with tiny airplanes. Every grounded toy airplane became a passenger jet in his imagination, and his room, a bustling airport terminal. Years passed, fueled by his #unwavering_passion. #David graduated top of his class, his knowledge of the aviation industry as vast as the sky itself. He started from the ground up, his #dedication and #work_ethic paving his way. Today, standing tall in the control center, the once wide-eyed boy was now a seasoned #Airline_Manager. 【Mindsets for my current challenge】 Day in and day out, I am now dedicated to elevating myself through the rigorous feedback from a demanding mentor, a challenge that connects to the three years of intense preparation under a similarly strict teacher for my university entrance exams. The experience of meticulously planning and executing a strategic approach for 365 days leading up to the university exams, which led to a triumphant outcome, is now alive and well. Upon graduating, I’ve proactively sought wisdom from hundreds of Cathay Pacific pilots and aviation specialists, which guided me through a three-year plan leading up to the current cadet pilot selection. This plan included a financial strategy for flight training costs, a 1.5-year business goal, and an aviation study plan—all of which I have followed to the letter, just as I did with my university entrance exam preparations. Although I pursued a liberal arts path after studying advanced science subjects in high school, I once thought that my efforts in science were in vain. However, those studies are now proving invaluable to my current aviation studies. Drawing a line… Everything I have done thus far is intrinsically linked to my lifetime goal of ‘the road to be a CX pilot.’ With this conviction, I will persevere to the very end! 11th May 2024
