You should be surprised when there are no incidents and difficulties in your path to the summit. Make sure you know the difference between walking on a level path and a path that leads you to the summit.

**SPECIAL EDITION!**  On The Mic with MIKE - conversations not confrontations The Premier of Montserrat Mr Reuben Meade has met with representative Montserrat diaspora groups in the UK in a new outreach strategy by the government to improve engagement with the global Montserrat community. This special edition of On The Mic with Mike focuses on that diaspora outreach. One of the key developments coming out of this new approach is a plan for a trust fund encompassing the global Montserrat diaspora. That concept will also be introduced to the diaspora groups in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean...and wherever Montserratians are in the world. While in the UK, in addition to the meeting with the diaspora groups, Premier Meade also attended the annual UK and Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Conference. He also had discussions in the UK on a wide range of other matters pertaining to Montserrat. Prior to that he participated in the annual United Nations Global Climate Change Convention (COP 29) in Azerbaijan. Mr Meade said he will give full updates on his return to Montserrat. While not pre-empting that, in addition to updating on his new United Alliance government's diaspora engagement strategy, Mr Meade has given On The Mic with Mike an insight into other developments coming out of his recent trips.  Among them is encouraging movement on the much-talked-about access issue, especially the highly anticipated return of a ferry service in time for the year-end festival. https://clyp.it/1i3ivw15
