Pro sports teams (and their owners) make plenty of money. But who are the ones making the most impact (and how)? (open thread). My Forbes colleague Justin Birnbaum just published our list of Major League Soccer's most valuable teams and not only is it well reported, but some of the numbers are really eye-opening.
