Bitter melon, also known as bitter melon, is a popular fruit and vegetable in the cuisine of many Asian countries. Known for its characteristic bitter taste and many health benefits, bitter melon is often grown to be harvested and marketed. Here is the detailed process from harvesting to selling bitter melon at the market: 1. **Time of collection Bitter melon is usually harvested when the fruit reaches its mature size but is not overripe. When the fruit is dark green and the surface begins to appear white or yellow spots, it is a sign that the fruit is ready to be harvested. The timely harvest helps to ensure that the bitter melon fruit retains the best quality and characteristic taste. 2. **Drawing techniques **Cut **Check c 3. **Transportation **Close **Shipping 4. **Sell t **Prepare the sale area **Product display **Communicate with customers 5. **Track and Go After the sale, monitor customer feedback and consumption to adjust the harvesting and sales process in the next rounds. If there is a problem, such as bitter melon that is not sold out or damaged, look for ways to improve the process to improve efficiency.

about the 🌾🍚 Rice is a type of grain, meaning that it is part of the grass family of plants. This family includes wheat, maize, quinoa, barley, oats and many others, but as rice is by far the most widely eaten grain across the world we will look at it here in more detail. There are many different types of rice, each favoured in a particular area of the world, such as the Italian arborio used to make risotto, or Indian basmati rice. Not all rice cooks at the same rate or in the same way, so each should be treated according to its intended use. Rice can be broadly categorised as one of three types: long grain, short grain, or hybrid. Long grain rice is, as the name suggests, relatively long and thin in shape. Short grain rice is more rounded in shape, producing more plump grains when cooked. Hybrid rice is somewhere between long and short grain; it is a cross-cultivar bred for specific uses.

Today, bitter melons have been harvested and prepared to be sold on the market. Bitter melon has a rough, prickly skin, which gives it a characteristic and recognizable appearance. This fruit is not only an ingredient in many delicious dishes but also has many health benefits. Farmers have worked hard from sowing to harvesting to ensure the best quality bitter melons. After harvesting, they will select the most beautiful fruits, wash them and pack them carefully before bringing them to the market. At the market, bitter melon is sold at fruit and vegetable stalls. Customers often come to this fruit because of its heat-purifying, detoxifying and digestive properties. The price of bitter melon usually fluctuates depending on the season and the quality of the fruit. Bitter melon is not only a nutritious food but also an indispensable part of Vietnamese culinary culture. With a prickly appearance, bitter melon carries great nutritional values, contributing to enriching the daily meals of every family.

Dark red kidney beans are dark-reddish brown beans with a kidney-shaped form, the feature to which the bean owes its name. Red kidney beans have a soft creamy flesh with a mild flavour and are thought to have originated in Peru in South America. They were later spread by traders throughout South and Central America and brought back to Europe by early Spanish and Portuguese explorers. 2024 has been very challenging for the sourcing of conventional and especially organic dark red kidney beans. Argentina had a poor harvest because of the climate conditions. Heavy rains in China during the later stages of crop development have caused significant damage, reducing expected harvest. The USA and Canada have increased their plantings of black and pinto beans to cater to their primary market, Mexico. Consequently, plantings of red kidney beans have declined.
