Ingredients: 2 cups leftover rice 1/4 cup grated cheese (your choice) 1 egg 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like parsley or coriander) Salt and pepper to taste Oil for frying Instructions: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the oil) until well combined.
