After an inspiring morning at our annual Leadership Breakfast we are thrilled to publish our ✨Women in Leadership 2024 report✨. For over 20 years, The Forum of Executive Women has published the Women in Leadership report. This is the only report of its kind specific to our region and brings transparency to how public companies in Philadelphia support the advancement of women as leaders. We are grateful to have worked alongside PwC on this important project for the past twelve years. ✅ Record number of "Champions of Board Diversity" [46 of #Philadelphia top 100 public companies have BOD of at least 30% women] 👎 Percentage of women in director roles only a 1% increase; women execs stagnant at 21% While there are likely as many reasons behind these numbers as there are talented women leaders in our area, the bottom line is that there is room for improvement this year.
