The first non negotiable is you need to have a really strong technology stack. The technology stack needs to help you generate leads and nurture leads in your database. When a lead comes in you need to be able to send a text message and e-mail a ringless voicemail video integrated with that, a postcard and a gift card. You need to be able to do it all on autopilot. You also need to be able to program your own AI, texting and Voice Assistant to actually stay in touch with these leads. That are longer term nurtures. If you do this you will have hand raisers almost every single day. Last but not least you do 1 short form video every single day and post it on social media. Because social media is an extension of your database. If you follow these non negotiables there's almost no way that you and your sales team are not gonna build A7 figure business.
