I'm beginning my journey as a 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗧 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 at Innovatiq Technologies Pte Ltd. The cozy office vibe and the supportive team make it feel like the perfect place to grow. For the next six months, I’ll be learning the ins and outs of 𝗜𝗧 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 and 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 through structured training and hands-on experience. It’s not just about technical skills—this is also about building meaningful connections and understanding how we all contribute to a bigger purpose. Starting a full-time job feels surreal; the responsibility doesn’t hit all at once but grows day by day. But maturity is about adapting to it! 𝗠𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁: 𝘋𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬. 𝘉𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 in seeking opportunities, understand the bigger picture of what your company does, and remember—your work is part of something greater.
