I like how HRs crib that they are treated the "worst" and even the higher-ups cribbing about the company resources... Sadly it's the candidate who life is just tossed like that ball.😅

its the other way round. instead of HR, its the employee being pushed by HR into the company goal (ball) once goal acheived, the employee is thrown.

Just a General question when you require a candidate with minimum qualification, a graduate, below 40years to be retain minimum for 5yrs , good communication skill to be able to cope up with unwell situation, but ? then !!! why experience is not a part of selection . Just because he is undergraduate , just because he is 50+ of age If Qualification certificate is base of quality then very sorry u will get .......... I don't know my view is related with this pist

After all we are in a business firm or factory.. in private management.. motto is profit.. so work ..get paid .. and take care of your family.. u can expect care from family..not from management.. any management.. same .. we need to give justification for our salary.. other wise... Management expects returns .. if returns are not at par with their investments... It's obvious to close the job

This is Necessary to have a change, until you change the HR No Changes will Happen! I Suggest Every Company Should change their HR Manager in 6 Months, They Just the Posters and poke the Employees! If HR Changes At least Poster will Change! 🤣

The same thing that is depicted in this video with HR occurs with those applicants who were contacted, interviewed, and then merely said, "We will call you back". I hope this video helps HR professionals understand their situation and how they feel when they do not get a response. 🙂

Let me modify it: replace this HR => candidate Company => company Candidate => interview Moral is.. nowadays candidate throw out exactly like this after an interview without any rejection email or any kind of notifications..🤣🤣
