I think what I like most about learning and development is finding out what's in other people's heads. It's always very enlightening to me to learn what's happening in other people's minds and to see how I can help them make cross that bridge to a place where not only the learners, but they themselves understand the problem and the best way to solve or create the best solution for your learners that aligns with your own beliefs about. What you would want as a solution for the same problem. Never be afraid to lean on your personal experience.
