The Department of Labor is spelling out how artificial intelligence can boost job quality without harming the rights of workers, releasing a roadmap this week that aims to empower workforces in underserved communities as use of the emerging technology proliferates. Interesting article on desire for a four day week in the public sector. Which is mirrored by most staff in the private sector of course. There have been many studies done to support 4 day weeks. I couldnt help but this is exactly where Ai needs to be integrated into employees lives. Rather than being a cause for fear of job loss it could be a creation of capacity to allow for a 4 day week. https://lnkd.in/guxpNjGf
