Interesting article on desire for a four day week in the public sector. Which is mirrored by most staff in the private sector of course. There have been many studies done to support 4 day weeks. I couldnt help but this is exactly where Ai needs to be integrated into employees lives. Rather than being a cause for fear of job loss it could be a creation of capacity to allow for a 4 day week. https://lnkd.in/guxpNjGf
