𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 ➟ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. ➟ Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle—from concept and requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment. ➟ Complete medium to large features independently with minimal guidance. Assist in database design, development, and management, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. ➟ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. ➟ Stay updated with emerging web technologies and apply them to enhance operations. ➟ Collaborate across departments to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 ➟ Solid experience with PHP 8.2, OOP, Design Patterns, and synchronous programming. ➟ Proficient in Laravel, Eloquent ORM, and its ecosystem. Skilled in building secure web APIs and version control (Git). ➟ Knowledgeable in database design, and query optimization of MySQL and PostgreSQL. ➟ Basic understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and Prisma ORM is a plus. ➟ Front-end frameworks and libraries like ReactJS are a plus. ➟ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  ➟ Ability to write clean code and learn new technologies quickly. ➟ Ability to work independently and in teams, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. ➟ No academic qualifications are required, but at least 1 year of experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong project portfolio. Good knowledge of Object oriented programming. 3. Good understanding and experience of any MVC framework. 4. Good experience in MySQL 5. Experience using GIT or any other repository. 6. Experience using Ajax, jQuery, Javascript, CSS and HTML coding skills. Responsibilities: 1. Discussing tasks with Team Leader and Team Members. 2. Task discussions, analysis, and development documentation of the task assigned to you. 3. Tasks development efficiently in the given sprint. 4. Code optimization, creating a pull request, fixing comments, merging master etc. 5. Managing the task on the Jira board, updating the Instructions, comments, fixing bugs and managing the issue raised in testing/development etc. 6. Unit testing of the task developed. 7. System regression testing and notifying the issues that are existing or suggestions for system improvement. 8. Sending a task report of all the work done on a daily basis. 9. Checking and resolving production- related issues. 10. Attending scrum calls and giving updates on the task or the difficulties. 11. Work on bug fix tasks after regression.
