I know from years of working with clients privately and within workplace consults, that lunch is often the forgotten child when it comes to eating healthy. This can be due to a lack of time, frazzled mornings trying to get everyone out the door or a lack of inspiration. But you know the saying, fail to plan, plan to fail.
