Dear Concerned, I was born in a rural land lord family and for being grown up within the farmers’ community, I had the opportunity to closely observe the livelihoods of the poor peasants, their problems & sufferings mainly due to poverty! I witnessed the “evil cycle / process of creation of poverty”___ how hundreds of, thousands of well-off farmers’ family became and are becoming poor and then after poorer for loss of yield due to frequent natural calamities; depriving of high yield due to lack of technical knowledge / latest information and for want of sufficient fund required to apply / use modern technology of farming; incurring loss of profit due to high cost of agricultural inputs and lower price from outputs and thereby being badly indebted for borrowing money from the local money lenders at higher rate of interest, consequently losing of all of their owning becoming bound to leave their ancestral home for uncertain destination, mainly to the Cities, for search of work, food and shelter, creating extra burden & increasing pollution for living in footpath &/or in the unhealthy urban slum to become again prone / vulnerable to and victims of further disasters of both Natural and Manmade. But the solution being so simple and win win situation, if a third party entrepreneur / NGO/ Life andor non-life Insurer did invest their capital on “Community based Four shared partnership" among the Investors, land owners, the Peasants and the Insurance (Risk) to cultivate the land appling all the modern tecniques and technology to increase the crops to be atleast doubled than that of the previous years each parters to get @25% of per crop yield. The share of Risk and Insurance being also 25% of the Total Output of the respective land to be cultivated under the proposed partnership agreement, shall remain allocated to buy Crop / Agriculture Insurance, Mass / Group Health & Life Insurance and all other affordable relevent insurance coverage such as old age Pension Scheme, education insurance, etc. of the Parters Peasants / Agriculture Laborers and the Land Owners including their family members for the respective Area & Community. Thus, a complete & comprehensive project based on this concept throughout the Rural Bangladesh by setting-up @ 1 project unit per agricultural village shall not only eradicate the poverty and unemployment forever for broken up the Evil Cycle Of Creation Unemployment and Poverty but also act as the super Platform and everlasting Foundation of Agri-business, trade and industries comprising also of Poultry, Dairy, Fishery & Livestock, Bio-gas, Solar Energy , Organic Fertilizer , Genetic Engineering plants, etc. which may also be feasible for other countries across the globe to secure food, healthcare and employment for all!
