ITMA Asia + CITME SG 2025: 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 There are signs of a high level of participation from Germany. As of today (Friday 3 p.m. CET), more than 60 German companies have submitted their application for admission here. A total of more than 32 companies will participate in the German pavilion (the two sector groups #spinning and #finishing). Currently, there are 14 companies in the spinning and 18 in finishing sector group stand. From our talks with our partners CEMATEX and ITMA Services, as well as with the companies (VDMA Textile Machinery is responsible for registrations from Germany), we know of numerous other registrations from Germany and other European countries that are in the pipeline. Rim Polymers made a significant impact as an exhibitor in the international zone, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and market leadership with a team of 12 staff from China, Singapore, Germany and Japan. The event set new records for both the number of exhibitors and attendees. 🙋♂️ During the exhibition, Rim team engaged extensively with industry experts and clients from around the world, showcasing our latest technological innovations through comprehensive video presentations and detailed exhibit panels. On 18th July, we hosted a seminar regarding “Innovative Applications of Rim Foaming Equipment in Automotive and Refrigeration Industries”. Zhou Zhenhua, Country Marketing Manager of Rim China, shared insights into our advancements, and discussed future trends in polyurethane foaming machine to meet evolving market demands. The seminar attracted a large audience and received enthusiastic feedback. 🎤 Furthermore, Mr. Steven Hoong, General Manager of Rim Polymers, was interviewed by China Chemical Industry News. ITMA Asia + CITME SG 2025 expands exhibition space to accommodate strong response! Scheduled to be held at the Singapore Expo from 28 to 31 October 2025, the exhibition has attracted over 770 technology and service providers from 33 countries and regions to apply for space. They include many international textile machinery manufacturers, as well as new technology providers. As a result of the increased demand, the show owners have expanded the booked hall space from 60,000 to 70,000 square metres. A successful ITMA Asia 2024 closed its door. Stephan Kehry from Erhardt+Leimer GmbH summarizes as follows: "ITMA ASIA 2023 showed two things: the great potential of Asian textile machine manufacturers on the one hand and the lack of customers on the other. One year later, the current edition of ITMA ASIA confirmed the supremacy of the Asian competition, although more customers seemed to have found joy in investing again. Accordingly, Erhardt+Leimer's expectations in the run-up to the trade fair were rather muted, but were raised to a cautiously optimistic level after the first few days. The 90m² stand was well attended for almost the entire time and the almost 20 employees of the long-established German company had their hands full answering the enquiries of well over 200 visitors and presenting appropriate solutions in the fields of automation, sensor technology and energy saving. This trade fair has once again impressively demonstrated that quality and innovation are still the main factors for not only surviving against an ever-increasing competition, but also for emerging from it stronger." #TextileIndustry #TextileMachinery #ITMA

𝐈𝐓𝐌𝐀 𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐀 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 In economically difficult times, ITMA ASIA + CITME 2024 in Shanghai was better than expected. Gunnar Meyer, Managing Director, Monforts said: “We were very satisfied with this year’s ITMA ASIA + CITME and there were more visitors than at year’s last show in Shanghai – and certainly more than we expected, given a challenging business environment. There is no escaping the fact that China remains the Number One textile manufacturing centre worldwide and we are now very optimistic about an appetite for new investment which was suddenly noticeable at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2024. China has a number of advantages, including a massive domestic market and a highly developed infrastructure and supply chain network. There is a wealth of domestic producers and we now see big potential for further growth. In addition to companies from China, we also had very good discussions with companies from Egypt, India, Pakistan and Vietnam, some of whom we already knew, but many who were new to us, as these markets continue to grow. Alongside enquiries about our own well-established technologies, visitors showed a lot of interest in our recently-announced collaboration with Archroma and Baldwin Technology on solutions which are charting the course for the future of sustainable textile finishing.” Georg Stausberg, CEO, Oerlikon Polymer Processing Solutions summarized the trade fair as follows: “It is becoming increasingly more challenging for participating companies to present groundbreaking innovations at the ITMA trade fair, as it is now held annually. Nevertheless, ITMA ASIA + CITME 2024 was once again a convincing international communication platform, especially in one of the most important markets for us in the manmade fiber industry. In addition to all our Chinese customers, we were able to provide detailed information on our new products and services to many international visitors, particularly from Pakistan, Egypt and Southeast Asia.
