Greetings, LinkedIn Everyone As we strive to achieve more in our personal and professional lives, I want to share a crucial insight that has transformed my approach to productivity. It's the concept of the resource paradox. The resource paradox suggests that the more resources we have, the less productive we become. This seems counterintuitive, right? We often assume that having more time, money, or talent would lead to greater productivity. However, research shows that an overabundance of resources can lead to complacency, decreased motivation, and a lack of focus. Think about it: when we have limited resources, we're forced to be creative, prioritize, and work smarter. We become more efficient and productive. On the other hand, when we have too much, we often take things for granted and lose our edge. So, how can we overcome the resource paradox and boost our productivity? Here are a few strategies: - Embrace constraints: Set limits for yourself, and work within them. - Prioritize: Focus on what's truly important, and eliminate distractions. - Stay hungry: Maintain a growth mindset, and keep challenging yourself. currently interning at kadosh mechatronics At Kadosh Mechatronics, we're committed to optimizing resources and maximizing productivity. Let's continue the conversation! How do you overcome the resource paradox in your work or personal life? Thank you for reading, and I look forward to your insights! Best regards, Onyeagoro Prisca Kelechi #productivity #resourceparadox #efficiency #growthmindset #KadoshMechatronics #Akalagborojohn

The Power of Combining Science and Art 🎨🔬 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 https://lnkd.in/eaEM3ma2 ✓ Innovation at the Intersection: When science and art converge, incredible innovations emerge. Think about the fusion of technology and design in products like smartphones or electric cars. It's this combination that drives progress. ✓ Creative Problem Solving: Art teaches us to think outside the box, to see solutions where others see problems. When combined with the analytical approach of science, it results in holistic problem-solving approaches that address challenges from multiple angles. ✓ Enhanced Communication: Science provides the facts, but art adds the emotional appeal. By combining both, we can effectively communicate complex ideas to a broader audience, bridging the gap between technical jargon and everyday understanding. ✓ Humanizing Technology: While science creates amazing advancements, it's art that humanizes them. Whether it's through user-friendly interfaces or aesthetically pleasing designs, the integration of art ensures that technology serves humanity rather than alienating it. ✓ Inspiration and Exploration: Art sparks curiosity and imagination, essential elements for scientific exploration. The beauty of a painting or the melody of a song can inspire scientists to push the boundaries of knowledge and explore new possibilities. ✓ Cultural and Social Impact: Art reflects society, while science shapes it. By combining the two, we can address societal issues in innovative ways while also preserving and celebrating cultural diversity. My favorite timing for Photography 📷 The Kodak Moment of this Golden Hour thru Dusk as Last Light. Interestingly, we are usually so busy, but every day, this short transition period will happen, with or without us taking notice. I always tell my students, when opportunity presents itself, grab and don't look back. Embrace whatever your SkillsFuture and continue Experiential Learning to match that job's expectation. Nobody will ever be ready, we just have to take that plunge and move away from the lighted-shelter, capture that sailing boat and go exploration. For past 25 years, I have been talking about Disrupted by Technology based on my Research, Study and Teach on Technology Management Science and Innovation Strategy 💡 of Theory as Lenses to Seeing What's Next - In addition, of the last decade, I brought my World of Digitalization and Machine Intelligence. Now, this is the iPhone Moment for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Machines will outsmart us, Humans. The challenge is how we can make this concept as Human-Robot Collaborative and Human-centric Autonomy. If we measure Industrialization since 1700s to over 300 years, today thru 2035 might be compared as the 10 years - That Moment at Dusk of a few minutes of our 24 hours; what's the difference? We are given daily this time to embark the Change for Continuity as Transition for Transformation when Machine Intelligence makes our FutureReady. Therefore, I encourage my fellow Singaporeans, do consider when is your day to engage; but don't wait too long before being Disrupted by Technology, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.
