A change in direction is still moving forward. I’ve had multiple conversations with friends and clients this week navigating decisions around changing directions in life. Career wise or personal. We’ve been sold a bill of goods that changing your mind/changing your direction is failing. What if not being brave enough to make that change and staying stuck is the fail? Often, what a person or group of people “might” think about you is what’s holding people back.
