It's the start of a new month and yesterday, our cohort received their 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲! We figured we would share it here too in-case you wanted to join in and be a part of the excitement. 🚀 Here it goes! Let's start with our theme: 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! What is ONE THING you can learn about yourself this month as you go about your day-to-day? 🤔 What do we mean by this? Well, here's what we told the ladies: "We often feel like we have a good handle on who we are, what we value, what we need and what we like...but as we evolve, we rarely take the time to check back in with ourselves. Part of being a business owner means knowing yourself!!" 💜 So, join us in the theme of the month and let us know what you learn as you do! We've added a form below where you can submit what you've being discovering in full autonomy and we can share it with our community to inspire others (if you are comfortable that is!). 💜 Happy self-exploration!

Check out this collection! It's a literal masterclass in #WardleyMapping curated by my good friend and fellow strategist, Erik Schön. In Sun Tzu's Art of War there are two essential concepts that are often overlooked and misunderstood – "Shih" and "Hsing". They both overlap and intermingle with each other, but in essence: Shih means "strategic advantage" and Hsing means "strategic positioning". Creating a #WardleyMap allows you to visualize the potential energy of combined components within your scenario (i.e., Shih). It also enables you to contextualize the timing, logistics, constraints, etc. (i.e., Hsing) of evolving certain components. It's not just about knowing the "why", but being able to answer the fundamental strategic questions of – "why here?" and “why now?” I can't fathom talking about transformation or strategy development without the use of a map. Maps accomplish something that 4x4s and stories fall short of; that is, they allow you to see – and even sense – the details and patterns of your environment and your terrain. For that – you need a map. 👉 Check out Erik's amazing collection of #WardleyMaps. #WardleyMapping #ArtOfStrategy #SunTzu #ArtOfWar
