Its primary aim is to provide clear and adaptable guidance on developing strategies to address #climatechange impacts on tourism. The Blueprint encourages actions that support adaptation to changing #environmental conditions and the reduction of emissions associated with tourism activities. What an inspiring first day at the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) summit Latin America. Seeing first hand the work and progress made by the Colombian government in partnership with USAID is nothing short of amazing. Putting in place legislation, incentives and genuine opportunities for sustainable tourism. They recognise the correlation between nature tourism and nature preservation and demonstrate that tourism can and should be a force for good.
