I have decided to take classes to learn how to be a Content Creator. I want to encourage women who are dealing with cancer. That is because I am a 2-time cancer survivor. With my second cancer, I experienced spontaneous remission. The mental component of cancer is the foundation for finding healing. This is my latest video. How good are you at talking about tough topics? It takes practice, and there's no guarantee that you won't be stumpted at times or say the wrong thing. That doesn't matter. Denial is a practice that lasts right up until the world decides to slap you in the face. Avoid the slap - balance the uncertainty of outcome with the certainty of clear intentions (at least as clear as they can be at any time). I bounce in and out of denial about my friend's cancer. Deita talks about a new bump, Steve talks about denial/blocking out Deita's prognosis, they both talk about not wanting to be a burden, and the ways anger shows up to cover other emotions. Waiting for perfect or the perfect time is a form of procrastination. Sometimes, what you need to do is simply start, be imperfect, and learn as you go. In relation to mindset, when we flip our inner dialogue to serve us I believe and know we can get through anything. Remember our thoughts can create our feelings and therefore our outcomes.
