Hello HDFC Manger, There is fraud happened of 33000 with my credit card and the ticket was raised without informing me on the call, I do not agree with this, I didn't share my OTP with anyone. It was not my liability to deduct the Amount without my permission. I was sleeping and it was a fraud and immediately I called the customer center and my relationship manager. And without informing me, How my ticket was closed, it was security breaches from HDFC. No customers are safe. Every month from my account, Money is deducted as late fees or whatever, I want all my money back. I talked more than 15 times to my Relationship manager RESHMA, and she lied continuously and told me not to worry, it will be resolved. It was her word each and every call. I already raised a ticket to Cyber Crime 23710240052161. I want to resolve it asap and I am not feeling safe and secure with HDFC bank, Please close my account. Still this issue is not resolved, and now I start getting the call from HDFC to pay the fraud amount. This is not acceptable. I request all the customers of HDFC, PLEASE be aware with HDFC credit/debit card. For a middle class people 33K amount is not a small amount. Thank You HDFC Bank

NO proper support and the branch people not responding. I have applied for a card and they told me a KYC agent would reach out to me, but no one has even called or reached out to me. No callback or not answering calls, just rejected my application on your negligence which caused me to lose CIBIL on card rejection. Turning off comments to make customers unable to tell their compliants, Wow what a customer support. Shame on you

Got a credit card where in neither I'm able to transact online and offline. Very surprised to see such a huge bank creating so many issues for his customer. Embarassing for a customer not able to make transactions.
