IWIM’s 2024 year in review. Thank you to everyone who made 2024 such a brilliant year. Here are some highlights: - Launched our new strategy focused on creating an industry where everyone thrives. - Celebrated the 7th successful cohort of IWRMP with 112 mentees from 33 countries. - Engaged 1,022 participants across 65 countries for IDWIM 2024. - Received 229 stunning photos from 48 countries (and counting!) in the 2024 Photo Campaign. - Shared 113 jobs across 19 countries on our Jobs Portal. - Hosted 5 partner sessions and contributed to over 30 global DEI discussions. 1dAn industry where everyone prospers (not just certain sectors of communities) is essential. Policies of local and equitable inclusion, promoting safety, are fundamental aspects to generate sustainability in the long term. Hopefully this will be possible during 2025, and at least by the end of 2025 we will see important progress in this regard.
