Unfortunately the project failed That's a statement every PM wants to avoid at the end of the project. So there is a need to keep in mind that Project management is not just about tasks and timelines; it's about understanding and empowering people. So here are some questions you need to ask yourself as the PM 1. Did/how will you recruit the right people for the team (skills and competency)? 2. Did/how will you ensure everyone involved in the project is on the same page from the start of the project to the end? 3. Did/how will you consider what each individual values; principles and beliefs (honesty, integrity, family, freedom, success, fairness, compassion, and many others)? 4. Did/how will you keep a track record of how well they are contributing to the project, and if their values are still in check? 5. Did/how will you care about their well-being (physical health, mental health, financial wellbeing etc)? It's a new week, treat your project team like human and not machines. With this you've got nothing to be afraid of. Wishing you a great week ahead. Let me know in the comment, questions you ask yourself as a manager to keep your people highly involved towards the success of your project.
