Tick Tock, Tick Tock You can't bear the loud, disturbing sound of the clock as it keeps ticking in your mind. Your hands are shaking, your heart beating so fast as you feel behind in time. Realizing that time is not waiting as the world spins faster, you don't understand why you feel out of place. Haba, Please Stop Take a chill pill and relax. God knows what’s in your future. He knows what it’s going to take to keep you there. You may not understand why it’s taking so long, why it hasn’t turned out the way you thought, or why you’re in a lonely season, a discouraged season, a stagnant season. But everything you’ve been through was to strengthen you, to develop you, to prepare you. God wouldn’t have allowed it if it wasn’t part of the process. So, even when the time is ticking so loud, don't stay anxious but stay in the process. https://lnkd.in/eTxzp-Kx Please like, share and comment

February newsletter hit your inbox last Friday - I share tips on how to integrate winter to prepare for your blooming in spring. :: Sign up here: https://lnkd.in/enKANnTC :: --- Just as nature moves through life, death, rebirth - so do we. In Winter, we surrender our energy to the Dark, and we allow Death to transpire. After Death comes Rebirth -- a time where the energy we surrendered to Death comes back to us as new life in Spring. To support us in this transition from Death to Rebirth, an integration phase is helpful in clearing out Death and making space for your Rebirth that comes in Spring! Ideas to help you integrate: --Journal and reflect on your loss, death and experiences this winter --Somatic release through breathwork or ecstatic dance --Clear your garden or closet – gather the dead leaves or items of clothing that no longer serve you. Internalize this experience by lighting a candle, contemplate winter during your cleaning, and then step back to see all you have cleared out. --Sit outside and notice the plants that are blooming --Enjoy taking space for yourself and integrating your change of season. -- :: For more tips, sign up here: https://lnkd.in/enKANnTC ::

Though we are getting closer to summer in the Northern Hemisphere, it seems like the world is going through its own winter season. Winter can be a tough season. How do we get through the winter of our lives? We go inwards, stay warm (self-care) and get more rest. The seasons of our lives don't always match the seasons outside. Though it can be tempting to push ourselves when it's warm outside, we may still need to rest. We have been taught action, action, action, hustle, hustle, hustle. Though action is important, it needs to be paired with rest. If we push ourselves too hard, our body will let us know and not in the nicest way. We can get through the winter season in our lives in a more beneficial way if we give ourselves grace and have faith that spring is around the corner. Though the world's winter season seems to have been going on for a long time, there is hope and that's us. If we embody the faith and hope we want to see, we can affect everyone we interact with in a positive way.

Ah yes. Do you feel where we are now? There is a quieting happening. A retreat. We are burrowing in places of love and comfort. We are finding locations of peace, so that we can begin to reflect. To think. To feel into the new directions we are being called to take. There is an examining. An assessment. A processing that needs to happen. Light the fires, get the blankets. 🍂 What do you need to prepare for now to be ready for the Winter? 🍂What reservations do you need to make to put yourself in an environment where you can process and grieve and reflect? 🍂Who and where are your loved ones and what plans do you feel called to make with them? 🍂What is that fire within you telling you? Wanting to pull you towards? 💫 What is it that you're feeling called to create? It's that time. In the year. Where these things happen. Where we begin to burrow. I am excited to see who you will emerge as come Spring 2025...
