Over the past couple of weeks, I have been combing the Caribbean in search of quality non-alcoholic beverages.  And let me tell you, these properties did not disappoint! 🍹 La Samanna, A Belmond Hotel - located in St. Martin - mocktails focused on fresh, local ingredients, Heineken 0, Martini Nolo Floreale, and they are still adding to the menu! Oh and the property? Stunning! 🍹 Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel - located in Anguilla, this property believes in encouraging mindful drinking and credits the warmth of their staff and the island’s culture to upholding this belief.  Heineken 0, sparkling cider, and a list of quality mocktails.  They are continuing to develop more non-alcoholic offerings.  And this property is pure luxury🙌 🍹 Maroma, A Belmond Hotel - this Riviera Maya resort has been the epitome of luxury for years! Their cocktail concept is focused on the awareness of alcohol consumption and offers non alcoholic beverages and low alcohol cocktails (ABV). Heineken 0 and Martinelli as a sparkling option. From sourcing the finest ingredients to finalizing pairings, coordinating with our talented team, and seeing the joy in our guests’ reactions—every step reminded me why I love what I do. This wasn’t just about reaching a target. It was about creating something meaningful that both our guests and our team can be proud of. And to see our efforts reflected in positive guest feedback and increased revenue—those are the moments that make it all worthwhile. Happy Monday! What a great day some of us had (whilst others were working!) at the Denia D*na Gastronomic Festival on Saturday afternoon! It's nearly October, yet we’re still enjoying blue skies, sunshine, and summer vibes in beautiful Denia. The event was a true celebration of the Marina Alta region's rich culinary heritage, with an abundance of fantastic food and wines to sample, all while enjoying live music and the vibrant atmosphere. One of the highlights of the day was the chance to see some of the world’s top chefs in action, including our very own 3 Michelin-starred Quique Dacosta and Vicky Sevilla, the youngest woman in Spain to achieve a Michelin star. All of this set along the beach promenade of Marineta Cassiana, with the breathtaking Montgo mountain behind us and the Denia Castle across the water. It’s days like these that remind us why living here is such a joy—still soaking up the outdoor lifestyle, fantastic cuisine, and beautiful weather even though it is officially autumn.
