Now, I'm looking for 01 Process Excellence Director (G7) who is working in Thailand with the details as below. Key Accountabilities 1. Identify and Drive Process Improvements by analysing current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized workflows. 2. Develop Action Plans. Create and execute detailed action plans to address process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. 3. Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and adhered to across within the Business Unit, promoting consistency and efficiency. 4. Provide training on process improvement methodologies and tools to empower staff within Business Unit and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 5. Develop and monitor performance dashboard to track the success of process improvements and Business Unit operational performance. 6. Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of process changes and improvements. 7. Drive Cost Savings project, Identify opportunities for cost savings through process optimization and efficiency enhancements. 8. Champion and lead continuous improvement projects to drive long-term operational excellence. 9. Conduct Regular Audits. Perform regular audits of processes to ensure compliance with established standards and identify further improvement opportunities. 10. Its time to give a glimpse of how Pomelo Fashion is not only a fast fashion company but also an innovative technology company. In the month of June 2024, I launched fulfill from store project with the help of my super talented engineering team. This project now enables Pomelo to add all the inventory present at our more than 30 physical stores across Thailand to our online eCommerce inventory available for sale globally. It removes our eComm channel restriction to be limited to warehouse stock only and gives us immediate CVR & revenue increase with better on hand stock utilisation. Technically now every Pomelo Store is a warehouse. Business Achievements within first month of launch: 1. eComm CVR increased by 27% 2. Average daily order contribution of Store fulfilled orders vs normal orders rose to 30% 3. eComm net revenue increased by 15% All these gains through a well thought off and well designed solution requiring 0 marketing dollars spent. This was one of the most complex projects we delivered in recent years which also gave us an opportunity to develop our own IMS capable of updating stock levels of merchandise across countries in real time. Entire project was conceived, designed, developed and delivered in 7 months with just 5 engineers. Excellent job done by Pomelo Engineering Team, Operations and Retail Team which worked like a single entity in moving this mammoth of a change to the system. 🎉 🥂

Tokyu Store gets serious about the competition for talent Surrounded by three other supermarkets, the competition for staff in the area is fierce. Clearly Tokyu is not waiting around for the government to mandate a 1500 yen minimum wage. This tells us two things. Tokyu is already the busiest of the three supermarkets nearby and in spite of being in the middle of local favorite Summit Store home territory. They must have decided to take the lead to attract staff in this busy area by going to 1500 yen for daytime wages. While there is a clear trend toward being frugal on household items, slightly premium priced Tokyu can still generate enough demand to renovate and expand the store. Being in Setagaya, a somewhat upper middle class area, people will still pay a bit more for food, be it safety or perceived quality. Progressive thinking companies are realizing that they will have to raise salaries and wages, and they cannot just pass it off to customers. Our core team is, well, core. ''Acutely'' few focused professionals who work based on what our goals are in the next 60-45-30-7 days.
