So I think there's so much misinformation, disinformation, everything out there around AI. I think there's genuine concerns in the narrative about where the future of AI's headed. But if we look at kind of what I hear on a regular basis today, there is a very strong narrative across the board of AI is going to take everyone's jobs, going to control your life and going to make certain things completely obsolete, I think. What we're seeing is it's changing the nature of a lot of jobs. It's changing the nature of how and where you do your work and where time gets invested. But at least from an Irish soft perspective, one of the things we've been very cognizant to look at and very intentional about is when we bring AI into a department within the company, when we bring it into a different role, we're really looking at how do we use it as kind of that igniter to make really smart people. So that much faster and able to do that much more and take a lot more of the kind of mundane, repetitive stuff off their plate versus rule replacement.
