Our founder, Katrina Azer, PGx Pharmacist, did ONE thing that many #pharmacists find challenging. Embraced a new way of serving patients. Reimbursed or not. It served patients. It reduces medication harm. It is simply the right thing to do. As a medication expert, pharmacists are best positioned to serve patients with tools to reduce medication harm and elevate their clinical expertise. We know how hard it is to bring #precisionmedicine to your practice. So we've put together a 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 to get you started, it talks about: 1. What precision medicine and #pharmacogenomics are about 2. How they serve pharmacists and their patients 3. How to set up this service in your pharmacy setting You can get it here 👇 https://lnkd.in/gQriPvEX

To those who didn't pass the June 2024 registration assessment: Your journey in pharmacy is far from over. This result doesn't define you or your potential as a future pharmacist. 🌟 Remember: 1. Many successful pharmacists didn't succeed on their first attempt. 2. Each experience builds resilience - a crucial trait in healthcare. 3. This setback is preparing you for future challenges. Your dedication to entering this vital profession is admirable. The healthcare field needs persistent, passionate individuals like you. Next steps: -- Take time to process your emotions - it's okay to feel disappointed. -- Reflect on your preparation strategy and identify areas for improvement. -- Reach out to mentors or colleagues for support and advice. To those who've been through this before: What words of encouragement or practical tips would you share? Let's support our future colleagues in the comments. 👇 Remember, your worth isn't measured by a single exam. Your commitment to healthcare is valuable, and the pharmacy community is here to support you. #Pharmacy #ProfessionalResilience #CareerJourney #HealthcareEducation
