𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮? What are your go-to strategies for staying connected with your team? Business partners and peers were weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.) We also had weekly team meetings with my peers' teams, monthly All Hands with the larger group, and quarterly Town Halls across the company.
