What makes a testimonial powerful? Showing that another human used your product & liked it is what gives testimonials value. "Well duh, Jaden" You'd be surprised at how many businesses suck at this. If you put a chunk of text with quotations around them... How does that show that human liked your product? This is rendering your testimonial posts useless. At the very least... Add a picture of the person next to their testimonial. OR, even better, get a video testimonial.

Ever wondered why video testimonials matter if you’ve already got written ones on your website? Here’s the thing: Written testimonials are great—they build credibility. But let’s be honest… In today’s world, people crave connection. They want to see the real, unpolished side of your brand. That’s where video comes in. — When someone sees a face — Hears a voice — And picks up on the emotion behind the words… It hits differently. — It feels genuine. — Relatable. — And human. Video testimonials don’t just tell your story—they show it. They turn potential customers into believers. And believers into buyers. So, if you’re looking to humanise your brand and build trust faster, video isn’t just a “nice-to-have.” It’s a game changer. Ready to take that step? Then “DM” me.
