We have seen this effect and the surge in our Google Survey scores to 4.8 stars out of 5 Stars is proof that this tactic has been successful. Technology’s true value lies in its ability to enhance the personal service aspect of the closing experience. By leveraging technology to automate time-consuming administrative tasks, homebuilders can allocate more time and resources to building meaningful relationships with their clients. Communication platforms that facilitate real-time updates and feedback, technology is empowering homebuilders to deliver a closing experience that is not only efficient but also deeply personalized.
