Our varied range of drippers offer different flow rates to meet your irrigation needs:
🔵 Adjustable dripper from 0 to 60 liters/hour: for precise flow control according to your crop's needs.
🔵 Turbulent dripper with a flow rate of 4 liters/hour: ideal for uniform, efficient plant irrigation.
🔵 Self-regulating dripper with a flow rate of 4 liters/hour and 8 liters/hour: guarantees a constant flow rate, whatever the water pressure, ensuring stable, reliable irrigation.
🔵 petra dripper with flow rates of 8 liters/hour and 16 liters/hour: perfect for higher water requirements, ensuring adequate crop humidification.
The choice of dripper depends on several factors:
✔️ For crops with low water requirements (such as ornamental plants or seedlings), opt for low flow rates such as 4 liters/hour.
✔️ For crops requiring more water (leafy vegetables, fruit with a large leaf surface), flow rates of 8 to 16 liters/hour are more suitable.
✔️ If you need to adapt the flow rate precisely to the different phases of growth, the adjustable dripper (0-60 liters/hour) will be your best ally.

Drip tape is an essential irrigation tool used in agriculture. It is a thin, flexible tube with evenly spaced small holes that allow water to drip slowly and directly to the plant roots. This method of irrigation is highly efficient as it minimizes water wastage and ensures that plants receive the right amount of water.
Drip tape offers several advantages over traditional irrigation methods. Firstly, it reduces water usage by delivering water directly to the plant roots, minimizing evaporation and runoff. This not only conserves water but also helps in preventing weed growth.
Secondly, drip tape promotes healthier plant growth. By providing water directly to the roots, it ensures that plants receive a consistent and adequate water supply. This helps in preventing overwatering or underwatering, which can lead to plant stress and diseases.
Furthermore, drip tape is easy to install and maintain. It can be laid on the ground or buried beneath the soil, depending on the crop and field conditions. It is also compatible with automated irrigation systems, allowing farmers to control the water flow and timing.
In conclusion, drip tape is a valuable tool for efficient and sustainable irrigation. Its ability to deliver water directly to the plant roots, conserve water, and promote healthier plant growth makes it an ideal choice for modern agriculture. Farmers can benefit from using drip tape by improving crop yields, conserving water resources, and reducing labor and maintenance costs.

Holistic Problem Solving in Cultivation...every action has a consequence
I've seen a lot of growers of facilities sort of pick and choose solutions a la carte- new nutrients, substrates, canopy management, irrigation, etc.
The problem here is that cultivation is such a holistic practice, for instance, something as small as changing the size of your substrate will impact
-irrigation strategy
-environmental values due to transpiration/irrigation volume
-plant layout and spacing
-light penetration
-canopy management
-labor
I believe that is where the art and science collide- the fact that every change actually impacts every aspect of the grow. When I consult with a group, I often laugh because after a long call analyzing the pros and cons of a change, we realize that the limiting factor for implementation can be something completely unrelated to the change.
An example of this for me is a client wanted to change substrate size and after a long analysis of the facility, we realized that size of the stock tank pump wasn't big enough to support the additional irrigation events. So we replaced the pump first and made the change. Every action in a grow has a reaction. Every strategy has a pro and a con, and sometimes they can seem unrelated to the subject at hand!
What example of this have you seen during your time as a cultivator?
What is the most oddball/unexpected reaction from a decision you have seen?
What was a clever work around to a 'holistic problem' you have witnessed?
Pecan growers can benefit from precision irrigation management to enhance their yields.
UGA Extension Study: “Irrigation will do more for pecan production than pretty much anything else, as far as just the instant results that you get from it,” Wells said. “Yeah, we get rainfall here in the Southeast, and that normally accounts for about half of what we need. But it only accounts for half. To have consistent production, you’ve got to be able to control that water and give it to the tree when it needs it.”

Drip Tape.
Drip tape is an innovative irrigation technology that has revolutionized the way water is delivered to crops. It’s a type of drip irrigation system that uses a thin-walled tube with pre-made slits or emitters to deliver water directly to the plant’s root zone. This method is highly efficient, as it minimizes water wastage and ensures that water and nutrients are delivered precisely where they are needed.
These are some advantages of drip tapes:
✔️Water Efficiency: Drip tape systems are designed to apply water slowly and directly to the soil, which greatly reduces evaporation and runoff. This method can save up to 80% of the water compared to traditional overhead sprinkler systems.
✔️Adaptability: Since its development in the 1950s, drip tape has been continually improved and is now adaptable to a wide range of crops. It can be used for accurate moisture control in various growing mediums.
✔️Reduced Groundwater Pollution: By delivering water directly to the root zone, drip tape helps reduce the potential for groundwater pollution, as there is less runoff and deep percolation.
✔️Types of Drip Tape: There are many variations of drip tape available, including double-chamber tapes, porous tubing, and in-line emitters. Each type is designed to meet specific needs and conditions.
Drip tape is particularly beneficial in regions with water scarcity or expensive water resources. It allows farmers to maximize their water, use efficiency, and maintain crop health even in challenging environmental conditions. Additionally, drip tape systems can be automated, which further reduces labor costs and improves irrigation precision.
In summary, drip tape is a smart and sustainable choice for modern agriculture, helping to conserve water resources while ensuring optimal plant growth and productivity.
