We are renovating a 100-unit apartment complex built in We’re showing you some of the updates we’re making, including new kitchen cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, and LVP flooring. We’re also doing subfloor repairs, replacing the water heater, and completely gutting and renovating the bathroom with a new vanity and resurfaced tub. Tip #2 Bathrooms. Bathroom vanity – fresh coat of paint 🎨 and it will look new, similar to kitchen cabinets. Bathtub – reglaze the surface and wall surround 🛁, no need to gut out to install a new one. Always check tub drain for leakage 🫗, especially when it’s on the 2nd floor, before you finish and paint ceilings. Toilet 🚽 – replace with the new and clean, only $100, as a minimum reset it with a new wax ring.
