Our recent conversation was with CEO, Athanase (Athan) Kollias, whose vision for KINVENT's future in the medical technology sector is more compelling than ever. 🌐 Main points: 🔗 Athanase discussed their strategic focus on expanding into the North American market following a successful €16 million fundraising round in January. 🔗At a major congress in Spain, KINVENT's impact was visibly clear when a demonstration led to 'jaw-dropping' reactions among attendees—an affirmation of our product's market fit and effectiveness. 🔗Leading a diverse team of 80 professionals from 13 different nationalities, Athanase emphasizes the importance of creating a common ground where everyone can contribute effectively. This week, our COO, Kate Woolland, joined IQVIA UK and Ireland , together with a panel of experts, to discuss how to overcome the challenges hindering the adoption of accelerated innovation in the healthcare and life science industry, for the latest installment of "Making Market Access Real".   The main topic of discussion revolved around the unsustainability of healthcare in its current form. Challenges in funding, productivity, workforce shortages, and the backlog in the post-pandemic era, along with health equity and access issues, create significant obstacles. Innovation plays a fundamental part in tackling these challenges.
