In JAMA Cardiology: In a cross-sectional study with publicly available data for 3,806 grand rounds lectures at 42 institutions, DeFilippis and colleagues showed that #women remain underrepresented as speakers for procedural cardiology and basic/translational science topics. The authors call for concerted efforts to encourage the promotion of women in cardiology and to advance diversity of grand rounds speakers.
