Here are some key points; Pre-mapping is primarily reserved for complex cases, such as redo procedures or anatomically challenging interventions, rather than standard anatomical ablations. Decisions about mapping tools, like high-density catheters, are influenced by cost constraints without compromising safety or procedural outcomes. Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) plays a critical role in fluoroscopy-free procedures, providing real-time visualization and reducing reliance on additional mapping tools. Reducing or eliminating fluoroscopy enhances safety by decreasing radiation exposure for both patients and clinicians, without affecting procedural efficacy. A steep learning curve is associated with fluoroscopy-free workflows, but experience enables clinicians to streamline processes and achieve optimal results. #EPEEPS Boston Scientific
