This vital service is a lifeline for countless individuals struggling with serious mental health issues, offering them support and guidance during their darkest hours and as Libby Emmerson says, it has saved thousands of lives. Back Onside provides a safe space for those in crisis, a listening ear when they need it most. The thought of losing this critical service is devastating. People with complex mental health needs depend on Back Onside's crisis line for immediate intervention and support.
