ArcMap impacts will live on in many of us. It has been great using the software over 2 decades of providing spatial solutions relating to spatial problems.

Where there are advantages there are disadvantages 😥

This obviously has a big or total impact on the Innovyze Legacy software programs InfoSWMM and InfoSewer as they are extensions inside of Arc Map. We have actually expanded and updated the InfoSWMM engine for #InfoDrainage and #ICM #SWMM Networks inside of InfoWorks. You can see how to import InfoSewer or InfoSWMM by looking at the ICM import menus for InfoSWMM or looking at the ICM help file file and searching for "InfoSewer" and you find OCIC and Ruby import scripts. Wow an end of an era! I have to say ArcMap was good reliable software and fun! ArcPro is good too but kind of slow. I first started using ESRI software in 1998 with #BLM, it was ArcView 4.2 I think. I remember ArcInfo too and how it went from command line code to point and click with ArcMap Advance, which cost many thousands of dollars. Greatly like the reduced annual fee $100 for personal use. And think it is interesting GIS is going back to command line (code).
