We are working on the last 10% of orders to reach inbox 0 for everyone. Yesterday, we started processing handwritten orders for the first time. It's early days, but using a combination of OpenAI image to text services, and the hard learnt knowledge of 1.5 years of working with these systems, we made it work. It took Connect 15 seconds to extract all the products, quantities, identify the customer and delivery date. All without error. Not many orders get sent like this anymore, but in our pursuit of handling ALL order types and 100% of the inbox, we need to support everything we get sent. One of our learnings over the years is that it just isn't good enough to do 80% of the work. You need to cover everything to really give the customer value. Orders sent as images are now added to the long list of supported order types on REKKI Connect, including PDFs, voicemails, HTML, freetext, and more.
