Maggie Olson and Nova Chief of Staff are doing great things. Nova Chief of Staff is an amazing resource and educational opportunity, and I especially love the clear definitions in the differences between an EA and CoS. I see so many job positions that combine the two but when doing so, you remove the main objectives of each role, lessening the employees ability to fully embrace their title. If you’re looking for more information on CoS roles, or hire to achieve that role, I highly encourage following them!
