𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗶'𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝘀. 𝟭𝟮𝟱𝟬 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀 — 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺𝘀! Estimates suggest that Indian families might spend as much as 25% of their total wedding budget on gold and jewelry. If the Ambanis splurged 5000 crores, 25% of it would result in Rs. 1250 crores. C’mon, it’s a hard pill to swallow—how can they really spend a thousand crores on just their outfits and jewelry? But, we cannot underestimate these. 1. Nita Ambani’s famous diamond-emerald necklace alone costs 400-500 crores. 2. Counting in Anant’s Patek Philippe 67.5 crore watch, their outfits must have cost some 200-300 crores. 3. Additionally, they gifted 2 crore watches to a few celebrities. There’s more to the list if we count in the other family members' jewelry and the bride’s outfit!
