I'm happy to be able to share our Chartered Management Institute paper which sets out key areas of challenge for a new government in improving the quality of UK management. We also propose policy solutions to ensure a successful national recovery and transformation. Our strategy has three elements: 1. Protect what's working 2. Embed management development in critical government strategies 3. Shift employer and individual behaviour. We have set out a ten point plan which is based on two years of policy research undertaken by CMI and a range of our partners (spoiler alert, one is focused on the green transition).
