In this mold, different cooling water channels are used for the top cover and the bottom cover: the top cover is arched, and the fixed mold of the top cover uses upper and lower independent straight-through water channels, so that the distance between the straight-through water channel and the cavity surface is basically the same.💧 The fixed mold of the bottom cover uses a water channel that combines straight-through and water wells. Water wells are used in the pillow position and the middle position, ⚡ ⚡and straight-through water channels are used in other positions, as shown in the following figure (a).
