An inspiring part of my role at Philips is leading our approach to sustainability in Europe and connecting our expertise with customer needs. The opportunity we have to set the gold standard for sustainable healthcare is right here in front of us. Adopting a circular mindset is critical in our rapidly evolving healthcare environment. We must work together to protect and sustain both a healthy planet and human health.    Speaking with customers shows that the cost of systematic change can be a pressure point. But there is also a clear understanding that integrating sustainability into business strategies can and will deliver tangible financial benefits.  Sustainable healthcare initiatives encourage process optimization and innovation, leading to increased efficiency.
