Advocates will tell you it increases productivity, reduces burnout, and enhances work-life balance. 🌍 Countries like Iceland have proven that it works... The movement has been gaining momentum, with companies like 𝘒𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘳 and 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 leading the charge, and employees reporting better focus and higher satisfaction.
