You are motivated. But are you ready? Nobody ever looked me up to ask how to conduct a self-assessment or a change readiness analysis before kicking off their unlearning journey. But it comes in extremely handy when we want to entice insights and results during the coaching program. #unlearning #assessments #changereadiness

Recently, I had the opportunity to tune into an enlightening podcast with Christian Idiodi and Marty Cagan, which sparked an essential reflection on the evolving role of intuition within our field. In the world of product management, intuition often provides that competitive edge, enabling us to navigate through complex decisions swiftly. However, the increasing shift towards data-driven methodologies like the Lean Startup is undeniably transforming how our teams operate. While intuition is invaluable, integrating it with rigorous data is key. I'm a firm advocate for a balanced approach: combining deep customer insights, solid analytics, and extensive market research to formulate strategies that are not only innovative but also effective. As highlighted by industry veterans like Idiodi and Cagan, the best product managers are those who skillfully blend their natural curiosity with meticulous analysis to drive innovation and achieve remarkable outcomes. https://lnkd.in/dd7Twz-z

On Monday's webinar I shared the 5 principles you need to follow to achieve your goals before the end of the year. ✨ As I was creating the content, I was inspired to build a structure into it. For each principle, I included 3 reflection questions and 3 concepts. Starting with next week's newsletter, I will be using 1 question and 1 concept each week until the end of November to keep my readers on track to achieve their goals. Of course, the newsletters have lots more content unrelated to this! The list of questions is below if you want to use them for your reflection practice. ✅ You need to have a vision: how to create it and a simple daily practice to embed visualization into your life. How do I want to feel every day? What can I do today to create that feeling? What do I believe is not possible for me? How do I know that is true? ✅ Your role in directing your attention and how networks in the brain get activated. What are my 3 priorities today? What do I believe to be true about my circumstances? How am I keeping my promises to myself? ✅ Thinking is not enough. How to take action to create new neural pathways in the brain aligned with your vision. Who will I become when I’ll make that change? What is one thing I can do today to get closer to my vision? Is this decision helping me get closer to my vision or getting in the way of achieving my vision? ✅ Create the right ecosystem where you have the energy to focus your attention on what you deemed important. Who am I listening to? What am I being present to today? What belief is holding me back? ✅ Get clear on who you need to be. Being comes before doing. How am I becoming more valuable to the world? What would someone with my vision do in this situation? What has to be true for me to........(fill in the blanks)? 🔗 And if you want to get the newsletter delivered to your inbox each week, you can sign up on my website: www.simonadinu.com #coaching #questions #leadership #goals #intention #results
