Today, I'm honouring an exceptional occasion—Hospitality Workers in Healthcare Day. It's a day that speaks volumes, yet often slips by unnoticed, much like the very individuals it celebrates. Hospitality staff form the backbone of our healthcare environment. In the labyrinth of corridors and the quiet hum of a hospital's heart, they are the ones who ensure a warm smile greets every patient and a clean, safe environment awaits every visitor.
