What is a ‘Power Up Lab’? Power Up Labs unite leaders across a company to tackle leadership challenges collaboratively. Using our app-guided coaching prior to the Lab, the leaders have the opportunity to reflect on their leadership practice with the dedicated topic and practice with each other together with our coaches so that they can immediately apply their new tools and approaches in their daily work. Our last ‘Power Up Lab’ of 2024 was working on how to “Maximize Situational Coaching” - a timely topic to know when and how to either “push” (give advice) or “pull” (use coaching techniques) or a combination of both to empower others.
