Nice and effective ad. Sure, it makes me think, of course I'd rather just hire a buyer agent. But it also misses the point. People are not against using buyer agents... They are against 6% commissions where the buyer's agent automatically gets half of the seller's. The buyer should pay their agent and negotiate based on value provided and the commission percentage should come down. In the rest of the developed world the average commission on house sale is about 2%. This is a really absurd arrangement in the greatest capitalist nation and leader of the free world. RMc- Ok, sounds like you’re impressed with their marketing budget? Let’s compare the Days On Market of their last 50 listings. We can even take it one step further and look at the original asking price vs actual sold price. What’s more important to you, results or perceived marketing budgets aka Smoke and Mirrors?
