🪔 One Day Leave for Diwali ❗ Is that Enough? We always feel that Indians are the most hard-working people, yet we don't get to take off an entire week for this special festival. In Western countries, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays last for 15 days or so. 👉 So can't we have at least a week off? Because Diwali is more than just a festival; it’s a time for family, traditions, and celebration. It's an emotion that shines in the eyes just like sparkles. Wearing New clothes - Eating Sweets, Visiting Families and those endless life conversations. Support local vendors and small businesses. 🪷 Every time we buy from a street-side stall or the corner shop, we’re not just getting a product; we’re helping families celebrate with the same joy we want for our own. 2. Choose made in #India over cheap Chinese goods. 🇮🇳 It’s a little step, but it strengthens our economy and keeps our traditions alive. This Diwali, let’s say “yes” to local pride. 3. Founders, Diwali comes with its own expenses, and we can make things a bit easier for our employees by offering salaries in advance. 💵 It’s a small gesture, but it means they can prepare without financial worry hanging over them. 4. Let’s not overburden our employees. 😇 Diwali is for family, laughter, and relaxation, and our teams deserve to enjoy it, too. Give them the space to be with loved ones without feeling guilty. 5. Be mindful of the animals around us. 🚫Firecrackers are fun for a moment but terrifying for our furry friends.
